Episcopal Youth Event

July 10-14, 2017 held at the University of Central Oklahoma.  
Since the first EYE in 1982, this popular event has welcomed thousands of young people from across the Episcopal Church for celebration, worship, learning, and leadership training.
Youth that are currently in grades 9 -12 that are interested in joining us for EYE, please get in touch with Karen Gleeson, Youth Coordinator at kgleeson@episcopal-ut.org. Application process is closed.


 

Young Leaders Camp

This program is set up for our youth who would like attend a leadership camp geared for our high school youth.   During this week we will be exploring the different ways to be an effective role-model and leader in the community.  We will enjoy having guest speakers, camp challenges, hiking, great food, and tons of fun. It is going to be a wonderful opportunity to learn and experience a different camp while still enjoying the beautiful mountain setting and camp activities.
  • Cost $200*
  • June 18 through June 21

3rd and 4th Grade Mini Camp

In our beautiful mountain setting, we will enjoy having guest speakers, camp challenges, hiking, great food, and lots of fun on our low ropes course. Campers will also be able to pick from many choice time activities including arts and crafts, fishing, basketball, theater, and yoga.

  • Cost is $200*
  • June 25 through June 28
  • On Sunday, campers should arrive between 4-5 pm.
  • On Wednesday, June 28th the families are invited to a closing service at 11:00 a.m., and all campers should be picked up by noon at the latest.

5th and 6th Grade Camp

Family Camp

Our family camp invites people of all ages to enjoy a lovely mountain retreat.
The weekend is loosely planned, with activities including hiking, arts and crafts, and ropes course challenges.
We will enjoy wonderful food and a relaxing environment.
On Sunday, August 6th we will have a closing service at 10:30 a.m.,
with the completion of the weekend around noon.
  • Cost is $60* per participant (ages 6 and under free)
  • August 4-August 6
  • On Friday, August 4th campers should arrive at 6:30.  A light dinner will be served.
